As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing front and back-end solutions across our stack that helps customers to streamline how their investments are made.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST, SQL, and cloud
- Knowledge of containerization and DevOps tooling
- Background in Financial services
- React or Angular experience
- 70% Backend
- 30% Frontend
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance.
- Drive the adoption of agile development methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, and DevOps principles within the development team.
- Conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with QA engineers to develop automated tests and ensure the successful deployments
- Salary: $150-170k DOE
